Position Overview We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support as you help them navigate their insurance needs. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist clients with policy information, billing inquiries, and claims processing.
- Provide accurate information about State Farm products and services to enhance customer understanding.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of State Farm policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
